Terminal Server Graphical User Interface

You need the following minimum software to configure the Terminal Server using a Web browser.
• Java-enabled browser such as Internet Explorer
• MPS4.1 supports Java 6 and Java 7. Avaya recommends that Java 6 or laterbe in place to
support the next generation of the MRV firmware.
Avaya recommends that the first Speech Server in the MPS 1000 is used for the HyperTerm
software and the browser.

Making the Initial Connection

Use the following procedure to make the initial connection.
1. Open the browser and enter the URL http://10.7.200.50/ to open the LX Series Access Page.
2. Select the Non Encrypted Console by clicking the link.
3. Double-click the image as directed to connect to the terminal server and display the following
window.
