Note:
In configurations where the MPS Manager workstation is already on the site network, no
additional equipment is required for other TCP/IP devices on the site network to access the
MPS Manager system (that is, the site network itself is used to make the interconnection
between the MPS Manager workstation and other TCP/IP devices on the network).

Multiple Site Installations

In multisite MPS 1000 system installations, each site maintains its own MPS 1000 LAN network.
The MPS Manager workstation is used to manage all the MPS 1000 systems through the MPS 1000
WAN. If you use multiple MPS Manager workstations, they can be on the WAN or on any of the
MPS 1000 LAN networks. A typical multisite installation with a single MPS Manager Server system
is shown in the following diagram.
