The WAN must be an IP (Internet Protocol) network. Generally, a minimum of 56 Kbps
bandwidth must be available for use by the MPS Manager system.

Preparing for Power-Up

1. Verify that all circuit packs are locked into their assigned slots.
2. Verify that all cable connectors are secured.
