Configuration of bootp Daemon

DCC and TPM cards in a system containing spans. The DCC must always be set for bootp because
it is used in conjunction with a TPM. (see
configuration of the bootptab entries are automated in the future, but for now the entries are
manually inserted as follows:
TPM1100AMR-tms3-155:
tftpboot:bf=ramTPM1100.cmp;tp1100-AMR-7-1.ini
:ht=ethernet:ha=00908f076e91:ip=10.7.156.12
dcc34:sm=255.255.0.0:gw=10.7.203.72:td=/
tftpboot:bf=:ht=ethernet:ha=008001D01015:ip=10.7.156.14
