Creating a bootptab Entry
Edit the file /etc/bootptab on the selected bootp/TFTP server. Add the following entry for the
Terminal Server.
In-Reach:
:sm=255.255.0.0:gw=10.7.200.1:td=/tftpboot:ht=ethernet:
ha=XXXXXXXXXXXX:ip=10.7.200.50"
where XXXXXXXXXXXX is the MAC address without the colon separators. For Example:

Set the Terminal Server to Boot the Configuration from the TFTP host
1. Run the config command.

2. Run the system status command to check that the Configuration Settings to Boot From is
set.
