The PTX5000 Packet Transport Router has two redundant, load-sharing PDUs. Each
PDU is hot-insertable and hot-removable. The PDU weighs 51.2 lb (23.2 kg).
To remove a three-phase delta PDU:
Switch off the customer-site circuit breakers to the PDU being removed.

Switch the circuit breaker and the power

After powering off a PDU, you must wait at least 60 seconds before
