1. Turn the main power switch off.
2. Remove the slot cover of SD Card Slot
3 ( x 1).
3. With the label on the SD card [B]
facing as shown in the diagram, insert
the SD card into SD Card Slot 3 [C].
4. Slowly push the SD card into the slot
so it locks in place.
5. Make sure the SD card is locked in
place.
NOTE: To remove the SD, push it in
to unlock the spring lock and
then release it so it pops out of
the slot.
6. If the machine is connected to a network, disconnect the network cable from
the copier.
7. Switch the main power switch on. After about 45 seconds, the initial version
update screen appears on the LCD in English.

Press this button on the touch-screen (or  on the 10-key pad) to open
the language update screen.
Press this key on the touch-screen (or  on the 10-key pad) to quit the
update procedure and return to normal machine operation.
