Troubleshooting Procedure
1. Turn the main switch off and on.
2. Check the connection of the paper
height sensor.
3. Check the connection of the upper
limit sensor.
4. Check the connection of the lift motor
encoder sensor.
5. Check the connection of the lift motor.
6. Replace the paper height sensor.
7. Replace the upper limit sensor.
8. Replace the lift motor encoder sensor.
9. Replace the lift motor.
