Under all conditions.
Check for continuity to ground:
There should be continuitv.
. Poor ground {G4Ol , G4O2, G4O4l.
YEL lgnition switch ON.
Check for voltage to ground:
There should be battery
voltage.
. B l o w n N o . 1 3 ( 1 O A ) I u s e .
(ln the underdash fuse/relay box)
. An open in the wire.
3 WHT/GRN
Brake pedal pushed. Check for continuity to ground:
There should be less than 4 kO.

Faulty brake switch.
Blown brake light bulb.
Faulty brake light failure sensor.
P o o r g r o u n d ( G 5 2 1 . G 5 5 1 ) .
An open in the wire.

GRN/BLK Trunk lid open.
Check for continuity to ground:
There should be continuity.
NOTE: Before testing, remove
N o . 4 6 ( 1 5 A ) f u s e i n t h e
under-hood fuse/relay box.
Faulty trunk latch switch.
P o o r g r o u n d ( G 5 2 1 ) .
An open in the wire.
BLK/WHT Ceiling light switch in
MIDDLE position.
Connect to ground: Ceiling
light should come on.

Faulty ceiling light.
An open in the wire.
GRN/BLU Driver's door oDen.
Check for continuity to ground:
There should be continuity.
NOTE: Before testing. remove
N o . 4 4 ( 1 5 A l a n d N o . 4 6 ( 1 5
A) fuses in the under-hood
fuse/relay box.
. Faulty door switch.
. An open in the wire.
GRN/RED Passenger's door open.
