Check lor continuity between the terminals of Test
Harness C in each switch position according to the
table.
a lf there is continuity. and it matches the table.
the switch is OK.
a lf there is no continuity in one or both positions,
go to stsp 9.

Carelully remove the cruise control SET/RESUME
switch cover by prying between the cover and
switch in the sequence shown.

Remove the two screws and cruise control
SET/RESUME switch.
Check for continuity between the terminsls in each
switch position according to the table.
lf there is no continuity in one or both positions,
reolace the switch.
a lf there is continuitY and it matches the table,
replace the cable reel.
