Check for continuity between the No 3 terminal of
the 8-P connector of Test Harness C and body
ground with the horn switch pressed.

a lf there is continuity, the horn switch is OK
a lf there is no continuity, go to step 9.

Carefully remove the cruise control SET/RESUME
switch cover by prying between the cover and
switch in the sequence shown.

1O. Remove the two TORXo bolts using a TORX@
T3O bit, then remove the driver's airbag assembly.

11. Check tor continuity between the horn positive ter-
minal and steering shaft with the horn switch
pressed.

- Check the cable reel.
- check the SET/RESUME switch.
a lf the.e is no continuity, replace the horn switch
(see section 17).
