Description
This represents any of a number of errors that indicate that internal software
functionality of the MCS Interface Server (MIS) Subsystem has failed.
Examples include: persistent memory failures, object creations failing, system
call failures.
System Impact
The DRE is not functional.
User Action
1. Shut down the IMAGER, then start the IMAGER.
2. If the error persists, call for service.
FE Action
1. Make a copy of the log with the error.
2. Send the log to Service Engineering.
3. Make a copy of the system configuration.
4. Load new system software.
5. Restore the configuration.
