BOM and the CALL command can be used to patch the code as follows:
1. Breakpoint user program at CHKSTAT
2. Enter BOM
3. Execute CALL command to MISSING
4. Exit BOM
5. Execute MISSING code
6. Return to user program.
7.2.8.14 Reset Peri pherals (RST)
RST asserts RES E T for 512 clock cycles. The CPU is not reset by this
command. This command is synonymous with the CPU RESET instruction.
