The Call Forward - Busy/No Answer feature is used to forward calls directed
to one station, to another station, Voice Mail system, or to the Attendant
Position for Busy or Ring No Answer. This permits more efficient call
processing by allowing calls to be routed to another station or to the
Attendant Position.
Terminal Type
All terminals.
Required Components
None.
To set Call Forward - Busy/No Answer from a forwarding station:
1.
Press Call Forward - Busy/No Answer ON/OFF key.
2.
Dial the station number or press
To cancel Call Forward - Busy/No Answer:
1.
Press Call Forward - Busy/No Answer On/Off key.
2.
Receive confirmation tone, and restore handset or press
To cancel Call Forward - All Calls, Busy/No Answer, and Do Not
Disturb system-wide from the Attendant Position only:
