10) Remove the screws, and remove the primary transfer belt
drive gear.
Maintenance: Replace at every 300K.
11) Remove the parts.
12) Remove the screws, and remove the paper guide.
13) Fold the transfer frame and lift the rear side of the unit 90
degrees. Remove the intermediate transfer belt.
Maintenance: Replace at every 300K.
[Installing method]
Form the intermediate transfer belt into triangle. Slide the inter-
mediate transfer belt over the transfer frame.
NOTE: When installing, be careful not to bring the intermediate

When installing, position the belt so that the lot number
specified on the back surface of the bead is on the front
side.
