Shift Gate, Removing and Installing

Removing
– Shifter mechanism function unit, removing. Refer to
⇒ "4.2 Shift Mechanism Function Unit, Removing and Instal‐
ling", page 42 .
• Selector lever in "S".
– Unclip the guide -1- for the emergency release lever in the
direction of -arrow-.
– Disengage the wire on the selector mechanism -arrows A-.

– Pry off both bearing shells -1- with a screwdriver.
