– Install the micro-switch -B- into the shift gate and secure it with
the retaining pin -A-.
• The micro-switch must be flush on all sides.
– Engage the wiring into the tab -arrow C-.
Note
Retaining screws -A- secure the micro-switch -B- inside the

shift gate.
The ignition key removal lock will not function correctly if the
♦
micro-switch is not inserted correctly or properly secured.

– Secure the electric wire -arrows A- to the selector mechanism
as illustrated.
– Install the micro-switch -B-.
Note
The ignition key removal lock will not function correctly if the mi‐
cro-switch is not inserted correctly or properly secured.
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
– Install the shift gate. Refer to

– Install shift mechanism function unit. Refer to

ling", page 42 .
