Data Bits

Purpose: Sets the number of data bits the JANUS 2050 uses when communicating with
another device (for example, the host computer).
Note: You must select the communications port and protocol before setting the
parameters to define that protocol. Refer to the configuration command
"Communications Protocol, Configure" earlier in this chapter for more information on
defining protocols.
Default: 7
