IRL Program, Download

Purpose: Downloads an IRL program from the host computer. The <SOP> character can
be set in the JANUS 2050's configuration. The default is <SI>. The default IRL
program filename is {IRL-1}.IRL. If there is an {IRL-1}.IRL program already on
the JANUS 2050, it is overwritten.
