Plessey

Purpose:
Enables/disables decoding of Plessey symbology. Plessey code is pulse-width-
modulated. It includes a start character, data characters, an eight-bit cyclic
check digit, a termination bar, and usually a reverse start character. The code is
continuous and not self-checking. Plessey code has two parameters that need
to be configured: start code and check digit.
Default:
Disabled
Syntax:

Acceptable values for data are:
00 Disabled
10 Plessey with reverse start code
30 Transmit check digit
31 Discard check digit
