This command specifies the time when the instrument generates the measure complete signal with list enabled.

Detail
When the list is running, the instrument allows you to check measure complete single to acquire the
running state. You can use this command to configure the measure complete signal. For example,
the following figure shows the different output of measure complete signal in a three-point list.

The time you can choose to generate :
STEP: After each list step, the instrument will generate a measure complete
pulse; you can detect this pulse on digital I/O line 2; for more information,

SWEEP: After each list cycle, the instrument will generate a measure
complete pulse; you can detect the pulse on digital I/O line 2
