Specifying the data in the buffer to perform with statistics
You must select either the voltage or current value in the buffer to perform statistics calculations.
When you configure these settings, it affects the Graph and Data Sheet screen and the outputs of the
following commands:
:CALCulate2:IMMediate?
:CALCulate2:DATA?
Using the front panel:
1. Press the MENU key.
2. Under Measure, select Data Buffers.
3. Select the button next to Statistics Function and press the ENTER key. The function selection
window is displayed.
4. Select Voltage or Current.
5. Press the Exit key to leave the selection window.
For example, if you select Current as the statistics function and switch the screen to the Graph screen,
a graph screen similar to the following is shown.
To specify the statistics function using SCPI commands:
:CALCulate2:FUNCtion CURRent
:CALCulate2:FUNCtion VOLTage
