Set up remote communications

You can run this application from the front panel or any of the supported communication interfaces for
the instrument (GPIB, USB, or ethernet).
The following figure shows the rear-panel connection locations for the remote communication
interfaces. For additional information about setting up remote communications, see
communications interfaces

Device connections

Connect a 1 kΩ resistor to the output binding posts on the front panel. For details, refer to
local sense connection
voltage drops on the load leads.

Configure a 10-step linear list sweep

To configure a list on the front panel:
1. In the startup screen, choose the power supply function.
2. Press the MENU key.
3. Under Measure, highlight the List icon using either the navigation control or the soft keys. Press
ENTER.
4. Select point 1 and press ENTER to select the box.
