Using NetBIOS Hostnames Instead of External Name Server

A multi-node Live Capture system can be used without an external name server, when
NetBIOS is enabled in the database server and all nodes.
Configure the following settings in all servers to enable NetBIOS:
1. Open the Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center
2. Select the Change Adapter Settings option to open Network Connections.
3. Right-click on the network connection to be changed and select Properties. The
