Accessing the Live Capture Classic Web App

Accessing the Live Capture Classic Web App
Only the Chrome browser (version 50 or greater) is supported to work with the Live
Capture Classic web application. Follow these steps to launch and log into the app:
1. Access the locally installed Live Capture Classic web application using this URL for
2. When asked to log in, enter your assigned Vantage user name and password.
3. Click the white Live Capture Classic title from among the listed web applications.

User's Guide. This guide is available from the User Guide link in the Job Status Views
application.

Create a Separate Account for Each User

Multiple users accessing the Lightspeed Live Capture Classic web application should
each have their own unique account, and not use the administrator login credentials.
This allows the administrator to provide appropriate access parameters for each user,
and helps improve system efficiency by keeping resource usage lower. User accounts
are created and managed in the Vantage Management Console.

If you are accessing the Live Capture Classic web app remotely, replace "localhost"
with the DNS server name or IP address:
