Tape Capture Controls and Operation Status
The Lightspeed Tape Capture web application provides controls, options, and status
information for tape log and capture functionality.

Selection Panel

The Selection panel at the far left of the display permits selections of Channel Groups,
the Status View, and Workflows.

Workflow/Status Panel

When the Workflows button is selected in the left column, this panel displays a list of
available workflows. Select the workflow you want to use for viewing sources, marking
clips, and creating media. The selected workflow displays details about its
configuration.
When you select the Status button, this panel provides a job status display.
Channel Groups—Click the Channel Groups button to select from a drop-down
list of available groups. This is the first selection you need to make.
Status—Click Status to open a job status view panel, which shows clips that have
been created.
Workflows—Click the Workflows button to display the Workflows column with a
list of activated workflows in the selected Channel Group. Click a workflow in the
list to select it and display its details. The selected workflow, which contains a
configured Tape action, determines which tape deck source is available for
capture.
