Downloading Log Files for Support
The contents of the log files may be helpful to Telestream Customer Support to
troubleshoot system problems. You may want to access and save the log files before
making a support call so you can email them to Telestream as part of the support
process.
To download the Capture logs in a single zip file, log into the Capture Source Manager:
http://[host]:8090/. Select the Main Menu
A zip file will download to your default download folder. You can open the zip file and
examine the logs or forward the file to Telestream Support with a request for
assistance.
