Accessing the Live Capture Classic Web App

Selecting a Channel Group

A Channel Group is a collection of workflows that are associated with each other to
create a common point of interaction. For example, one group could be several camera
video feeds from the same studio, and another group might come from a different
studio. The Channel Group that a workflow is assigned to is selected in the Capture
action. See
Workflows chapter for more information.
When you click the Live Capture Classic link, the Select Channel Group dialog opens, if
you have not selected a Channel Group before.

Channel Group List

The list of Channel Groups which appear in the Select Channel Group dialog are
dependent upon the access permissions of the user that is logged into the Vantage
Web Application. Select the Channel Group you want to use and click OK. The
Lightspeed Live Capture Classic web application opens in your browser.

You can create, configure, and edit Channel Groups in the Vantage Management
Console. See
