Configuring a Transport Stream Source

The Transport Stream Configure Source dialog opens when you create or edit a
Transport Stream source.
Note: The settings for Multicast Group IP Address, Local NIC/IP Address, Port Number,
and Program Number can only be changed when you are first adding a new Transport
Stream source. After the source has been added, only the other settings for the
Transport Stream source can be edited.
The Transport Stream Configure Source dialog provides these options:
Note: When a new network adapter is added, or changed from disabled to enabled
state, Live services must be restarted for the service to be available in the Local NIC/IP
Address menu. See
Name—Specifies the name of the stream.
Multicast Group IP Address—The optional Multicast Group IP address to use.
Local NIC/IP Address—The local NIC (Network Interface Card)/IP address. Select
other ones from the menu, if they are available.
Stopping and Restarting Telestream Live
Enable SSM—When Source Specific Multicast is enabled, you can enter a list of
accepted source IP addresses for multicast, under Source Filter.
Source Filter—Enter a list of accepted IP addresses for the multicast sources. To
add IP addresses to the list, press the Enter key after entering an IP address to add a
new entry line.
Port Number—Specifies the port number.
