Stop
–
When Time-Shift is NOT enabled—Stops recording at the current time.
–
When Time-Shift is enabled, and the Timeline Slider's playhead is in the Live
position (fully to the right at zero)—Stops recording of the channel at the current
timecode displayed in the Preview window.
Or, when the Timeline Slider's playhead has been positioned to the left of zero—
Stops recording of the channel at the timecode selected on the Timeline. This
allows Record to go back in time and grab frames contained in the Time-Shift
buffer. Use the frame-step forward or backward buttons to select an exact time-
code.
Selecting Stop when in a Pending Record state will prevent the job from record-
ing. After the Stop is executed the controls go into a Ready state.
Out/In Functionality
Out/In functionality differs based on whether a Filler file has been enabled within the
Capture action workflow, or not. See
for information about enabling a Filler file.
–
If a Filler is NOT enabled in the workflow, pressing Out prevents source frames
from being added to the captured file and pressing In returns to adding source
frames to be written to the captured file.
–
When a Filler is enabled in the workflow, pressing Out enable frames from the
Filler file to be written to the captured file and pressing In returns to adding
source frames to be written to the captured file.
