Note: The Google Calendar URL must end with exactly this string: /events/
Note: Your Google Calendar ID for your primary calendar is your email address, but for
all other calendars the Calendar ID is in the form of: <long string of characters>
@group.calendar.google.com. You can get the Calendar ID by clicking the down arrow
next to your calendar at calendar.google.com and selecting Calendar Settings. The
Calendar ID is contained in the Calendar Settings Calendar Address panel. Be sure to
use "https" in your URL - "http" will not work.
Example Calendar Addresses:
Primary using your Google email address:
calendar/dav/<your Google Email Address>/events/
Additional Calendars using Calendar ID:
calendar/dav/<Calendar ID>@group.calendar.google.com/
events/
Note: Events can be scheduled directly on the CalDAV calendar or by accepting event
requests sent by external systems. If an event is requested and tentatively accepted
with Maybe, the event will be captured as fully accepted.
Note: CalDAV calendar server applications may implement security restrictions to
prevent unauthorized access. Set your calendar's security settings appropriately to
allow Lightspeed Live Capture access to calendar events.
7. Username - In the Username field enter the email address you use for your CalDAV
calendar. This is the complete email address you use with a CalDAV Calendar. If you
are using Google Apps, be sure to enter your Google Apps email address.
8. Password - In the Password field enter the password you use to sign in to your
CalDAV calendar.
9. Configure the Primary Output, and optionally the Secondary Output.
10. Save the action and Activate the workflow.
