Check: Short to Voltage of Signal Circuit
• Remove fused jumper wire
• Connect fused jumper wire to:
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wir-
ing harness side) terminal E66-3
&
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wir-
ing harness side) terminal E66-1
Yes: E01
T05
Check: Short to Voltage of Voltage Supply Circuit
• Ignition OFF
• Disconnect wiring harness connector from:
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor
• Ignition ON
• Measure voltage between the following terminals:
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wir-
ing harness side) terminal E66-1
&
Ground
Yes: E05

• Short circuit to voltage between:
ECM - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal G21-39
&
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal

or
• Defective component:
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor

• Circuit interruption between:
ECM - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal G21-5
&
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal

• Circuit interruption between:
ECM - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal G21-39
&
A/C (refrigerant) pressure sensor - Wiring harness connector (wiring harness side) terminal
