Timing Chain Cover Components
1. Timing chain cover
2. Oil seal
Apply 99000-84E00 to oil seal lip.
3. Crankshaft hub
4. Crankshaft hub bolt
5. Crankshaft pulley
6. Crankshaft pulley bolt
7. Accessory drive belt tensioner
8. Tensioner bolt (M10)

20) Refill engine oil referring to "Engine Oil and Oil Filter
Replacement" in Section 0B.
21) Refill transaxle oil referring to "Manual Transaxle Oil
Change" in Section 7A5.
22) Refill coolant referring to "Cooling System Flush and Refill"
in Section 6B4.
23) Connect negative cable to battery.
24) Verify that there is no fuel leakage, coolant leakage, oil leak-
age and exhaust gas leakage at each connection.

10. CMP sensor
11. O-ring
12. CMP sensor bolt
13. Water pump
14. Water pump gasket
15. Water pump bolt
16. Water pump pulley
17. Water pump pulley bolt
8 N·m (0.8 kg-m, 6.0 lb-ft)
55 N·m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
20 N·m (2.0 kg-m, 14.5 lb-ft)
6 N·m (0.6 kg-m, 4.0 lb-ft)
Tighten 150 N·m (15.0 kg-m, 110.0 lb-ft) and 45°
by the specified procedure
Do not reuse.
