11) Disconnect the following couplers.
• Injector couplers (3)
NOTE:
Remove injector cover beforehand.
• ECM couplers (2)
• Ground cable (1)
• Wiring trough (4)
NOTE:
Move wiring trough to timing chain side.
12) Remove wiring harness bracket (1).
13) Disconnect EGR coupler (2).
14) Remove EGR pipe (3) from EGR coolant flange.
15) Remove intake manifold.
16) Remove ECM.
17) Remove fuel distributor pipe.
18) Remove twinport vacuum unit.
