Fuel Level Sensor Removal and Installation
Refer to "Fuel Pump Assembly Removal and Installation" in Sec-
tion 6C.
Fuel Level Sensor Inspection
Refer to "Fuel Meter/Fuel Gauge Unit" in Section 8C.
Knock Sensor Removal and Installation
Removal
1) Disconnect negative cable from battery.
2) Hoist vehicle.
3) Disconnect knock sensor connector.
4) Remove knock sensor (1) from cylinder block.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation.
• Tighten knock sensor bolt to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Knock sensor bolt (a): 20 N·m (2.0 kg-m, 15.0 lb-ft)
• Connect connector to knock sensor securely.
