Setting procedure
1.
When adding a new module, select the module whose module model name has "(FX3)" at the end.
[Navigation window]  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  Right-click  [Add New Module]
2.
Configure the same parameter setting as the one of when the Normal mode is used.
3.
After writing the module parameter, turn offon or reset the CPU module.
Switching between normal mode and FX3 allocation mode is not possible during operation.
