Detection condition
Input signal errors are not detected.
An input signal error is detected when the
analog input value is equal to or greater
than the input signal error detection upper
limit value, or when the analog input value
is equal to or smaller than the input signal
error detection lower limit value.
An input signal error is detected when the
analog input value is equal to or smaller
than the input signal error detection lower
limit value.
An input signal error is detected when the
analog input value is equal to or greater
than the input signal error detection upper
limit value.
