Checking the Master/Local Module Status by System
Monitor
In the "System Monitor" window of GX Works2, the LED status of the master/local module and the intelligent function
module switch settings can be checked.
1.
Open the "System Monitor" window.
[Diagnostics]
2.
In the upper left "Main Base" area, select a module to be diagnosed, and click the
button.
3.
The "H/W Information" window opens.

Switches the display format of "H/W LED Information" and "H/W Switch Information".
Displays the MAC address of the master/local module.
