Setting Up the List of Ripple Limits to Test

Two tasks are involved in preparing for ripple testing:
• First, set up the analyzer settings to view the frequency of interest.
• Second, set up the analyzer to test over the appropriate frequencies against your specific limits.
This example will show you how to set up the analyzer to test ripple limits. In this example, we will be
testing the pass band of a bandpass filter where the center frequency of the filter is approximately 1.8 GHz
and has a bandwidth of approximately 2.9 GHz. Refer to

1-66.
