Printing a Document in a
Folder
You can print documents that are saved in a folder.
●
1 Select [Storage] - [Load] on
the [Home1] screen.

2 Select the folder you wish to
use and select the document
you wish to print.
The list of folders shows the personal folder and the
shared folders for which use is allowed by the
administrator.
The following settings can be configured from the
sub menu:
• Change Color
• Rename

The list of documents shows the documents that
are saved in the selected folder.
The following settings can be configured from the
sub menu:
• Details
• Change Setting
• Rename
• Delete
• Copy to USB Drive
• Copy to Folder

3 Enter the number of copies
using the numeric keys.

4 Press the [Start] key.
• Documents are saved in a folder in the form of
data that includes setting details. When printing
a document, be sure to do so with the same
paper type as that which was configured when
the document was saved in the folder.
