Mode
• Depending on the settings configured by the
administrator, printing may be performed simply
by logging in.
●
1 Touch [Print] on the [Home1]
screen.
●
2 Select a job.
Icons displayed on thumbnails
: Job with a PIN code
: Broken job (Broken data or data with problems)
None: All other jobs sent from computers
The following settings can be configured from the sub
menu:
• Details
• Change Setting
• Delete
Overview of Print Operations
• When a job name exceeds the character limit,
the first half of the job name is omitted and
displayed as "...".
• In the following cases, the job name is displayed
as " ***** ":
- Jobs with the [Hide Job Name] check box
selected on the printer driver (p. 3-28 "PIN
Code")
- Jobs that belong to users other than the user
currently logged in when [Job Name Display]
is set to [OFF] on the administrator menu

3 Press the [Start] key.
The selected job is printed.
■ When printing a job with a PIN code
The PIN code entry screen is displayed. Enter the PIN
code using the numeric keys, and touch [Continue].

The [Suspending] screen is displayed.
