Copying to a USB Flash Drive
or Another Folder
Documents saved in a folder can be copied to a
USB flash drive or another folder.
Select a document and perform the operation
through the sub-menu.
■ Copy to USB Drive
Documents saved in a folder can be copied to a USB
flash drive.

Insert a USB flash drive into the USB
slot.

Display the sub-menu and touch
[Copy to USB Drive].

Select the folder you wish to save
the document in and touch [OK].
• By touching [OK] in a state where there are no
folders on the USB flash drive, a folder will be
automatically created and the document will be
copied.
• Select a folder and touch [Open] to confirm a list
of the documents inside the folder.

Documents saved in a folder can be copied to another
folder.

[Copy to Folder].

Select the folder you wish to save
the document in and touch [OK].
• Only the folders which can be used by the
logged in user are displayed in the [Copy to
Folder] screen.
• Select a folder and touch [Open] to confirm a list
of the documents inside the folder.
