The function buttons available in Print mode are listed below.

Register the current settings in the Favorites tab.
Specify an owner name of your choice.
Specify a desired job name.
Add a PIN code to data.
Add a comment to a job.
Specify the number of copies by group (such as corporate division or
class). You can quickly print exactly the number of copies of the number
of sets you need.
Decrease the printing speed. This also reduces the amount of noise
produced by the machine when printing jobs.
Suppress printing of any blank pages included in the document.
Configure this item when printing multiple types of paper such as with a
carbon-copying form or slip.
You can view the printer driver version.
Register the current settings in the Favorites tab.
Select this option to share the printer driver of the print server to use this
machine.
Specify the community name for SNMP communication.
Specify whether to send a Wake On LAN signal when sending a print job.
Manually specify the information of the optional configuration to the printer
driver.
Register paper of a size of your choice to the printer driver.
Register the destination folder of printing data to the printer driver.
Obtain the information of the optional configuration and automatically
configure this to the printer driver.
Select whether to view items as thumbnails or as a list.
Switch the network connection.
Select all of the pending documents that are displayed.
