Function buttons
View Selection
You can select whether to view the folders and
documents as thumbnails or as a list.
[ ]: View as thumbnails
[ ]: View as list
Select All
Touch this to select all documents that are saved in
the selected folder. Touch this again to cancel the
selection.

Save Document
Change the settings when saving the document in
a folder.

Touch this button to display the folder/document list
screen.
■ Favorites
Brings up settings that have been registered in advance.

Check the settings of the document to save.
