[Print] Menu Screen

You can check the status of jobs that are sent from
the printer driver and saved on the internal hard
disk of this machine.
[Delete]
Click this button to delete the selected jobs.
[Details]
You can view the settings, file capacity, and other
information on the selected job.
• In the following cases, all job names are
displayed in the list:
- When user login is not required
- When the user is logged in with the
administrator account
• In the following cases, the job name is displayed
as " ***** ":
- Jobs with the [Hide Job Name] check box
selected on the printer driver (p. 3-28 "PIN
Code")
- Jobs that belong to users other than the user
currently logged in when [Job Name Display]
is set to [OFF] on the administrator menu
