SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM
PREPARATI O N:
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK.
(a)
(b ) Disconnect negative (-) terrninal cable from the battery,
and walt at least for 90 seconds.
Connect the front airbag sensor (RH) connector and air­

bag sensor assembly connector.
Connect negative (-) terminal cable to the battery, and
(d)
CHECK:
wait at least for 2 seconds.
Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait at least for 20 se­
(a)
conds.
Clear the DTC stored in memory (See page Dl-326).
(b)
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK, and wait at least tor 20
(c)
seconds .
Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait at least for 20 se­
(d)
conds.
OK: DTC
Check the DTC (See page Dl-326).
