DIAGNOSTICS
PREPARATION:
{a) Connect the connector to the airbag sensor assembl y .
(b) Using a servi c e wi r e, connect PR+ and PR-of the con·
nectar (on the seat belt pretensioner si d e) between the
seat belt pretensioner (RH) and the ai r bag sensor assem­
bl y .
(c) C o nnect negative (-) terminal cable to the battery, and
wait at least for 2 seconds.

CHECK:
(a) Turn the ignition swi t ch to ON and wai t at least for 20 se­
conds.
(b) Clear the DTC stored in memory
(See step
(c) Turn the ignition switch to LOCK, and wai t at least for 20
seconds.
(d) Turn the ignition swi t ch to ON, and wai t at least for 20 se­
conds.
