DIAGNOSTICS
SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM
PREPARATI O N:
the igniti o n swi t ch to LOCK.
{a)
Turn
(b) Disconnect negati v e (-) terminal cable from the battery,
and wait at l e ast for 90 seconds.
(c) Connect the front side airbag assembly (RH) connector.
(d) Connect negati v e (-) terminal cable to the battery, and
wait at least for 2 seconds.
CHECK:
the ignition switch to ON, and wai t at l e ast for 20 se­
{a)
Turn
conds.
(b) Clear the OTC stored
(See step on page Dl--326).

(c) Turn the i g nition swi t ch to LOCK, and wai t at l e ast for 20
seconds.
(d) Turn the i g ni t ion swi t ch to ON, and wai t at least for 20 se­
conds.
(e) Check the DTC (See page Dl-326).
