DIAGNOSTICS
PREPARATI O N:
(a) Turn the ignition swi t ch to LOCK.
(b) Disconnect negative (-) terminal cabl e from the battery,
and wai t at l e ast for 90 seconds.
(c) Connect the front passenger ai r bag assembly connector.
(d) Connect negative (-) termi n al cabl e to the battery, and
wait at l e ast for 2 seconds.
CHECK:
(a) Turn the ignition swi t ch to ON, and wai t at l e ast for 20 se­
conds.
(b) Cl e ar the DTC stored in memory (See page Dl-326).
(c ) Turn the ignition swi t ch to LOCK, and wai t at l e ast for 20
seconds.
