PREPARATION:
(a) Connect the connector to the ai r bag sensor assembl y .
(b) Using a service wire, connect PL+ and PL-of the connec-
tor (on the seat bel t pretensioner side) between the seat
bel t pretensioner (LH) and the ai r bag sensor assembl y .
(c) Connect negati v e (-) terminal cabl e to the battery, and
wai t at l e ast for 2 seconds.
CHECK:
(a) Turn the ignition swi t ch to ON and wait at least for 20 se-
conds.
(b) Clear the DTC stored in memory

(c) Turn the ignition switch to LOCK, and wai t at least for 20
seconds.
(d) Turn the ignition swi t ch to ON, and wai t at l e ast for 20 se-
conds.
(e) Check the DTC (See page Dl--326).
OK:
